Outstanding. I typically don't like Chardonnay but this easily ranks as one of my favorite wines. It reminded me of the few fine Burgundies I've tried.

Charles Shaw Shiraz 2004
Wicked tannins and tasted a little astringent. Became drinkable after a little bit. But certainly not impressive.
