    Fenderbaum's Review:

This wine was great - which is something I honestly wasn't expecting. A really good nose - very fragrant and smooth. That's a word I would use A LOT to describe this wine. Nice hints of vanilla on the nose. Really nice strawberries and cream hit on the front that rounded off nicely - good tannins. I would recommend this wine. Smooooooth.

    Fenderbaum's Review:

Yeah this was a wonderful wine. Straight away with the nose - very powerful and forceful. Spicy and hints of bacon. Very rounded on the palate. A big hit of dark, dark chocolate on the mid and a wonderful finish - very smooth and velvety. Be careful - this wine will be drank fast!

This is a really good Chardonnay. If you are expecting a big fruity, oakey wine then this isn't for you. The texture of the wine is far more earthy. Good minerality that you would come to expect from the Burgogne, albeit from the pinor noir side of things. An abundance of citrus with solid acidity, this was quite a find.

Nice bright ruby red colour on this. Lingering nose, very plummy. An extremely dry wine, this one almost sticks to your teeth. Good on the mid palate, with decent tannins (good pucker on the back cheeks). Lots of sour cherry going on with this wine as well.

Very good chardonnay. Deep yellow colour and excellent nose. Very warm and buttery with nice vanilla on the mid-palate.

Wonderful wine. Just let this one decant for a few hours before imbibing. Inviting, dark colour. Great nose, almost like chocolate or cocoa. Excellent mid palate. Big, big fruit here. Like a fruit burst of candy but balanced off with nice leathery spice.

    Fenderbaum's Review:

Wow. This one has made me realize why South Australian shirazes were my first love of wine. Very dark colour, almost black. Wonderful nose - the spice just oozes out of the glass. Superb tasting. Heavy fruit as you would expect - blackcurrant and cherry. Nice and peppery, though not overpowering. Nicely balanced - lingered on the palate for a nice amount of time. Very good wine.

A really wonderful wine. Nice colour - crisp and golden. Initially a little citrusy on the nose with a lot of oak coming through. On tasting it, it was very balanced. A little tight at first but really opened up with a lot of apple on the mid palate. A nice long finish and oakey, which I like a lot. The French love affair continues..

    Fenderbaum's Review:

This was an excellent Merlot. I think giving it an hour or so to breathe made a lot of difference. Spicy, even on the nose with a good length on the palate. Nice hint of cocoa in there and nice plum notes that didn't overpower.

    Fenderbaum's Review:

Excellent Tuscan wine. Full of solid earthy tones and a nice sour cherry on the mid palate. Lingering aftertaste, went very well with a creamy fettucini.
