    EpiPhony's Review:

    Strong tannins predominate until the wine airs out, and then you get the typical Syrah flavors of meat and olives with a touch of tar and leather and a hint of rosemary and lavendar. Should be great with aged Hereford ribeyes.

    EpiPhony's Review:

    Crisp acidity with a touch of lemon zest, many pinpoint bubbles that fade quickly, mineral limestone finish that's not as austere as it might be because of round green apple fruit. This would be a particularly good wine with seafood. There's no info for this on their web page, but I'm told this is roughly equal portions of Petit Meunier, Pinot Noir, and Chardonnay.

    Nose is a bit hot when the bottle is first opened, firm tannins balanced with good fruit.
