Added Feb 21, 2010 at 5:04pmWasn't very good as far as zinfandels go. Too acidic and not enough fruit flavor.

Added Aug 21, 2009 at 10:17pmVery similar to the standard seghesio 2007. Just slightly better--a few more flavors. (Of course, the seghesio 2007 is one of my all-time favorite wines, so saying this one is better is impressive to me). The only downside is the extra price when compared to the regular variety.
Added Jul 29, 2009 at 8:49amI absolutely loved this one. Big, bold, and complex. This is pretty much my favorite wine right now.

Coppola Rosso 2007
Added Feb 6, 2010 at 10:24pmA fantastic-tasting blend. It's heartier and richer than most blends I've had, and at a great price, too.

Garnacha de Fuego 2007
Added Feb 5, 2010 at 11:08pmPretty darn good for the price point, though I have to admit that grenache isn't my favorite grape. Might try one of those aerators on it to see what it does to the flavor.

Added Jan 29, 2010 at 8:04pmAwesome buy for under $15. Very similar to a good, rich zinfandel like Klinker brick. A little bit brighter/sweeter up front, but the same richness behind it. Seems to like a bit of air, as it got better over the course of the bottle. Would buy again.

Layer Cake Malbec 2008Compare and Buy
Average Price: $13.99
Added Jan 20, 2010 at 10:45pmThis wine is unlike any other malbecs I have tried to date. Strong sugary-sweet sensations lead up front which melt into a mix of earthy flavors with strong berry tones. The flavors are extremely bold; this is definitely not a lighter wine.

Added Jan 19, 2010 at 9:07pmVery enjoyable shiraz. Warm and fruity up front, with a very soft and smooth finish.

Added Jan 18, 2010 at 9:28pmFirst impression is that this one leads with massive sweetness. It fades almost instantly, but was quite interesting for sure. Behind it, the wine smooths into a great zinfandel berry finish. Going to re-taste to refine my opinion; it was quite late into the night when I had this first one.
