Very aggressive shiraz; this one hits hard. Could be a polarizing vintage--I can see where the metallic/acidic finish could be a turn off. I didn't mind it so much, but wasn't clamoring for another bottle, either.

I was surprised to find that I liked this one a lot. Extremely sweet for a blend of merlot/zin/cab. Very smooth, drinkable, and likable.

Very similar to the standard seghesio 2007. Just slightly better--a few more flavors. (Of course, the seghesio 2007 is one of my all-time favorite wines, so saying this one is better is impressive to me).
