    Amazing depth for a sauvignon blanc. all the crisp clean gooseberry and citrus notes you would expect from a Kiwi SB but it has a great minerality and flinty finish that lasts in the mouth.

    Had this in a restaurant in Spain with Ox Steak. Worked really well. The strong fruit and tannins worked well with the red meat. Worth trying wines from less established denominations like La Mancha if they are from a respected name such as the Pesquera group.
