Craig Bilodeau

Location: Plano, TX

Plano area guy using wine as a vehicle for his mid-life crisis. I thought that this would be cheaper than fast cars and hot women (or is it hot cars and fast women?), but that is not turning out to be the case... ;-)

Quite tight. Needs more time in the cellar. Should be a wonderful drink in several years.

Red fruit on the nose, soft, juicy and light-bodied on the palate, this wine tastes more like a Louis Jadot Burgandy than a West Cost Pinot. A perfectly good quaff for a relaxing evening.

Great pinot noir. Notes of cherry and raspberry open up to deeper black fruit and time passes. Medium bodied with smooth and unobtrusive tannins. Goes well with a variety of dishes from fish to steak to fowl.

On the nose you find smoke, ripe black cherry, pomegranate and a hint of pepper. The fruit flavors come flooding at you upon first taste and you find cherry, raspberry and strawberry with a bit of spice and clove. Very nice, easy to drink pinot noir!
