September 2009
I can almost give it a three. Its nothing special, but I am getting into box wines now because we can't recycle glass, and the amount of wine I drink keeps me going to the dump to regularly. This one is not too bad. I like the Black Box ones a bit better though I think.

Shirazs for me anyway are always soo incredibly variable, and hit or miss. This one is good, well balanced, nice finish, but nothing special. Nice oakiness with the spine of a shiraz for drinking with meals.

This is very near what I really like out of a Zin. Lots of fruit, not overly sweet, and kick, kick you butttom. Really digging Amador Co wine, can't wait to do a tasting tour there.

This is really for the 2006 vintage. Nice well rounded supple French wine, for a good price, I think I had to pay around $10

A lovely enjoyable Pinot Noir, especially when someone else buys it for you. I have a hard time spending this much on wines, but for Pinot Noirs, you about have to to get one you really like.

this is such a mainstream wine, I'm surprised no one has reviewed.

Pretty much agree with most favorable reviews. This was the "cheapest" by glass wine at a favorite restaurant. I was shocked to be able to get it for $11. Just a bit of oak too I think, supple but zingy. Great bargain.
