This Pinot Noir made a believer out of me. I tasted theses wines at the cellar in Darling, and was of course "skeptical" of yet another pinot proclaiming its love for my palate. It was surprising-- a little licorice, a little leather, velvety feel, and nicely balanced. I imagined it pairing well with a springbok tenderloin...
