    Austin Sung's Review:

Yellow and brown tone of color is very thin around rim. Overall water color tone looks thick & strong. But thickness flowing down the glass is medium. Butter, oak, very light pleasing smoke, pear and vanilla smells are based overall. Berry kinds smells are also pleasing. Chocolate and cheddar cheese added with leather, dried grapes, dark cherry... fruitful complexed aroma is mild. 80% Grenache is very much matched with 10% syrah and others. Acidity is dominant, but not tough on drinking. The taste of 10% Syrah is really master piece. The trailing note in pepper taste of syrah is well balanced with Grenache. Empowered, but not exceeding, mouthful scents are really pleasing with molecule of fruit acidity. Very minimal scent of butter and toast with dried grape is good on base. Overall tanin is relatively weak, but this mild tanin is even better taste and well balanced with acidity. Mixture of syrah 10% and others really hit the taste. Overall texture is good and well balanced.

    Austin Sung's Review:

Good table wine. Easy and ready to drink. Aged and matured color. Tanin is too weak. The lack of tanin is not balanced with its acidity. Plum, vanilla, chocolate smells are outstanding and smooth. Rich aroma is very good, However, the shiraz texture in itself does not show its spicy reality. 13.5% alcohol is round only in the beginning. It goes well with Korean rice cake.I recommend to drink For best tasting, I suggest to drink within 50 min. (maximum 90 min.) after opening.

    Austin Sung's Review:

matured but I suggest to wait for 1 more year. After fermentation, maturing in chene barral creates very silky tannin. Vanilla, a bit of caramel. Tannin is weak, but very silky. Overall acidity is very good & well balanced. 30% of merlot overwhelms malbec. Good to taste French malbec (not dominant and it goes well with merlot).

I like to advise to wait for another 2-3 years. 1. Looking at the rim & pupple color, it is still young. 2. Its acidity is not balancing its tannin at all. In considering it as Malbec, waiting for 2-3 year will bring a lot better taste for sure. Toast, wood, vanilla, berry...More time will make all better and balanced.

Golden straw color. Color itself looks vividly strong. Yellow apple smell is very good overall and mixture of pineapple, vanilla, milky smell. Silky tasty. In comparison to its smell, taste is weaker. However good in general.

  • Austin Sung's Review:

Very clean & claar color with tinged green & goldish. Pineapple, tropical fruits aroma, mushroom, persimmon, dried flower smells are good. However it is not reaching noble & elegance level. Medium, finish 7 sec.

Dead dark ruby color with yellow age proceeded. old strawberry and cigar smell. Unfiltered alcohol smell is too much. Very light tannin but acidity is too much in comparison (unbalanced) It tastes like drinking wine with wine bottle opened for a few days. No expectation for pinot nour (because of its age?)

Tinged watery dark ruby color. Light background of yellow color image as matured on rim. Except for vanilla, cigarette, cedar, oak smells are too weak. Tannin is good as time goes on. But acidity is too weak and there is no certain balance structure.

    Austin Sung's Review:

Clear ruby color and transparency. Rim is very white and still young. Very slight scent of rose and berry kinds. Vanila smell is mostly. Oak, dry nuts, cedar smell. Tannin is moderately good at the point of Bordeaux, but acidity is too weak. Mixed taste of CS, CF and merlot. Easy drinking and it goes well with red meat without thick sauce.
