Gazela Rosé NV
Added Aug 28, 2009 at 4:13amDid not find butyric acid. I found Gazela Rosé to be a a lively, refreshing, young and floral light wine. In the mouth, it is well-balanced with a soft and slightly fizz finish. Best when chilled and perfect for a light meal.

Mateus Rosé NV
Added Jun 29, 2009 at 7:40amOn the whole, it is a fresh and seductive wine with fine and intense bouquet and all the joviality of young wines. In the mouth, it is a well balanced and tempting wine, brilliantly complemented by a soft and slightly fizzy finish. It is ideal as an aperitif and also goes very well with light meals, several types of fish and seafood, white meat, grilled dishes and salads. Its unique characteristics make it also ideal with pasta and other Italian cuisine. Pairs magnificently with several styles of oriental cuisine – Chinese, Japanese, Vietnamese and Thai. Added Jul 3, 2009 at 9:45amAn intense, deeply flavoured 40 year old Tawny, with a massive bouquet suggesting vanilla, oak and honey, and a mouthful of very complex flavours of dried fruits, spices, and nuts. As the wine unfolds smoothly and develops in the mouth, one discovers a superb balance of wood ageing and vibrancy. Sandeman 40 Years Old Tawny Porto earned top ratings - 93 points - in Wine Enthusiast last year.
