Attractive, clear straw color with some tartrates. Citrus lemon and tropical fruit nose with floral aromas of geraniums and lemon verbina. Layers of preserved lemon on the palate with ripe lime, pineapple, mineral, candied green apple and nectarine. Great wine should go well with raw oysters with miynonette, clams, mussels, cheeses, chicken of all types and cracked crab
