Fruity on the nose with notes of candied watermelon and raspberry spiced up with hint of cinnamon, stone, and a touch of crushed watermelon seed. On entry this shows some assertive acidity, really lively in the mouth with a little sweetness helping to balance it out on the vividly wild cherry flavored midpalate. This is zesty and intense with tons of fruit showing a flash of creamy strawberry on the finish before the acid kicks back in and lends some savory mineral accents to the long finish. OK, this is not what many people consider a serious rose but boy is this delicious. This would be killer with lightly spicy food. Absolutely delicious. 90pts
