Olivier Leflaive Bourgogne Bl Setilles (2008)
Comments: Warm golden apple, pear, carmel, with a citrusy finish and hint of oak. Some mushroomy earthiness balances it out. Has some good weight to it.

Faiveley Montagny (2009)
Comments: Bright, tart, flowery, a little biscuity. In this instance, the flavors match well together and settle pretty well on the palate. Probably great with a winter fish stew.

Vincent Pouilly-Fuisse Marie-Antoinette (2006)
Comments: I found this one too perfumey. The flavors didn't mesh. At times sweet, at times too acidic, always with that heavy, floral touch, like cheap perfume. Off with its head!

Mischief and Mayhem Chardonnay Bourgogne Blanc (2009)
Comments: Very biscuity. Tasted a lot like tarte tartin with some apricot. There's an acidity cutting through, but not sure it melds well with the other flavors. Like someone squirted lemon over a sweet dessert. Not enough to bother me too much, though, considering.
