1 Pazo Senorans Val Do Salnes Albariño Rias Baixas (2015)
Comments: Fresh lemon balm aromas are lightly floral and have some creamy almond and beeswax aromas, a hint of salinity and peach. On the palate this is warm and creamy on entry, turning tart and zesty on the mid-palate showing good citrus fruit notes of lemon and grapefruit zest, bright acidity and a stony finish.

Comments: Floral fruit aromas of persimmon and peach with some fresh melon notes and hints of sweet spice. Zesty and perky on the palate with lots of mineral notes of sea breeze and salinity, wet slate and a finish that’s a bit woody - this has nice melon and grapefruit notes throughout and finishes clean.

Comments: Creamy almond and warm fleshy melon aromas with soft floral peach blossom notes and a bit of perfume. Tart citrus notes of lemon and grapefruit on the palate with medium plus acidity and a note of herbal citrus zest. Clean, light and approachable with good length on the finish.

Comments: Nicely floral aromas are a bit vanishing with some woody, mineral lemon notes and faint peach notes. Soft and plush palate of zesty lemon, fresh ocean air but with a buttery texture on the palate that cuts through to the finish where lime and apricot notes play against more salinity and a crisp finish.

Comments: Clean and inviting aromas of fresh peach, lemon and grapefruit with wet slate and salty sea air. The very refreshing palate is awash with fresh acidity on entry and shows good complexity, spice, tingling citrus and crushed perfumed flower petals, lemon, mineral apple and pear, and a tart and restrained finish with a stony, herbal note.

Comments: Floral honeysuckle and hazelnut notes on the palate with some melon notes and hints of toasted rye bread. A smooth and rich palate on entry develops into a blend of zesty, refreshingly tart citrus and green apple notes alongside tangerine and crisp pineapple. Finishes with an herbal slate note and a grassy wet slate salinity.

Comments: Highly floral aromas of blossom and honeysuckle with some sweet fruit notes of peach, pineapple, melon and papaya. A bit of effervescence on the palate with tart citrus and bright acidity, this has a lot of floral flavors coming through on the palate as well, with lime zest, tangerine and grapefruit notes and a finish of stone and earthy riverbed.

This has a creamy texture coming through from the acidity and the fruit flavors, finishing with a waxy, herbal note that plays nicely against the peach flavors.

Comments: Soft stone fruit and floral aromas with sweet fruit notes of peach and green apple are delicate and inviting. Nice fruit on the palate, slightly herbal notes of fresh peach and light melon, tart grapefruit and lime showing the varietal character with a zesty acidity and sea breeze towards the finish that cuts cleanly through the more fleshy fruit notes, showing good minerality and a flash of wet stone.

Comments: Crisp pear and clover honey on the note. This is fresh, bright and clean. Fresh squeezed pink grapefruit on the palate with a tropical undertones. More fresh squeezed citrus and a dollop of cream on the finish.

11 Terras Gauda Albariño (2016)
Comments: Rich minerality, sea foam and tart lemon aromas open for this on the nose with a lightly floral white blossom note and a hint of peach. This is zesty and bold on the palate particularly on entry with bright pink grapefruit and lemonade notes, a full acidity and touches of melon with a creamy texture towards the finish that holds on for quite a while, delivering herbal notes of citrus pith and a muted nuttiness.
