Intensely aromatic and floral, with plenty of wood spice, green anise seed and black fruit. Violets, earth and cured meat are rich and ripe with fine depth. This has savory, fresh blackberry fruit, spicy, sappy herb notes on the back end, palate-staining tenacity of fruit, with fine length, fine balance, and ripe tannins.
