18 to 20 months on the yeast Yeasty, pear, a nice almost minty top note, very fresh lightly creamy mousse, fine acid, lively tension in the mouth, this shows a nice softness from the dosage, really intense follow though on the finish, a touch of tannin and lovely mineral refreshing quality, very clean, crisp and almost steely style of sparkler, seems almost like its simple and light but it has really fine length and excellent freshness, 89pts
