Comments: On first opening the nose is full of rich dark fruit, black cherry, dusty brambles and leather. The palate is also bold and brash with dark cherry, hints of tart sour cranberry, black tea and a sweet red berry finish. One hour later the nose has taken on more character of pie and bing cherries mixed together with light semi sweet chocolate, spices and coffee bean notes. The palate is bulking up with black cherry and clove spices that linger to a cedar spiced slightly tart finish. One day later the nose is showing dusty red fruit while the palate is building slightly with dark red fruit, clove, menthol and a slightly spicy finish.

Comments: On first opening the nose is dusty pie cherry with some toasty nut character. The palate is pie cherry with some creamy coconut notes and a slightly tart finish. One hour later the nose is featuring dusty clean cedar and cherries with some light creamy nuttiness on the finish. The palate is spicing things up with menthol and clove spices, cherries with subtle coconut that lingers on to a sweet nutty tart finish. One day later the nose is loaded with dark cherry, dusty spices and notes of coffee bean. The palate is also showing black cherry with toasted clove spices that carry over to a tart cedar finish with some hints of cocoa.

Comments: On first opening the nose shows sour peat bog, dark cherry and light pepper along with a palate of cherry, salt & pepper, soy and a peppery tart cherry bark finish. One hour after opening the nose shows salt-n-pepper, dark fruit and savory soy. The palate is dark cherry, cloves and spicy pepper that continues on to the finish that also features some sweet and tart cherry bark notes. One day later the nose is currant, loganberry, smoke and cedar. The palate is full of cedar spices, dark fruit and spicy pepper with some cedar tartness on finish.

Comments: On day one the nose is full of lively cherries, cloves and Asian cedar spices with hints of espresso bean and cocoa. The palate is similar with Asian spices, coffee and dark cherry with a cedar spiced finish. On day two the nose shows cherries, peat bog, forest floor, mushroom and all spice. The palate is full of ripe cherry, clove and menthol with a sweet slightly tart Asian spiced finish.
