Comments: On first opening the nose is full of dark lush fruit, coffee and tar. The palate features dark berries, coffee and espresso bean that lingers on to the finish. One hour later the nose is featuring roasted coffee intermingled with roasted meat and notes of tar. The palate is beefing up with dark toasty fruit and nice tart espresso bean on the palate and finish. One day later the nose is showing black fruit, smoked meat and coffee along with some dusty spices. The palate is equally bold with dark fruit, smoked meat and cedar spices that linger on to a tart spicy espresso bean finish.

Comments: On first opening the nose is loaded with dark cherry, currant, earth and creamy soy. The palate is showing off mineral infused cherries with a slightly tart finish. One hour later the nose is showing soy, sweet dark plum and some notes of cedar. The palate is full of sweet dark plums, cherry and slight notes of coffee bean that lead to a tart cherry bark finish with a bit of earthiness. One day later the nose blasts off with clean roast coffee and dark fruit. The palate shows tart black fruit, espresso bean and roasted nuts that ends with a tart finish.

Comments: On first opening the nose is dark and peppery with currant, all spice and candle wax. The palate is equally dark with currant, leather and earthy pepper with a peppery spice finish. One hour after opening the nose is showing cedar asian spices and cherries. The palate is candle wax, roasted coffee and dark fruit with a spicy pepper dry cedar tinged finish. One day after opening the nose shows soy, dark fruit, mineral and pepper. The palate shows sweet dark, fruit, leather and candle wax with a sweet peppery finish.
