This wine was what got me hooked on sparkling wines... and it is the first sparkling wine to be made with 100% of the native grape varietal Timorasso. Made by charmat-method, fine and persistent perlage. Pale yellow, notes of granny smith apple, great acidity, with a great acacia honey finish. Addicting especially when eaten at the end of the meal with salty rich piemonte cheeses!
