I've had the luck to taste several Bordeaux from this vintage in recent years. I think this one had the most life. The dark fruits were still very present, with purple flower aromas, and even a bit of a meaty presence. The finish fell a bit short, letting us know it had crested the hill and was on its way down. Still, it was a pleasure to drink.
