Vividly exuberant on the nose with layers of butchers waxy, honeycomb, vanilla, pollen, , a little toffee almond, dried apples, and a dusty top note. In the mouth this is rich on entry, still with lots of dried apple fruit, and a waxy, hazelnutty, midpalate, followed by a crisp little pop of mineral and a little dried tangerine peel on the finish then lots of brioche, toasty and gently spicy notes on the finale. Fine length and complexity here. 90pts
