1 Château Potensac Red Bordeaux Blend Médoc (1982)
Comments: Spicy, leathery, sweet oxidation, bit of crushed rock, lovely spice tones, vibrant if aged, dried berry – sweet leading edge, plenty of acid, resolved tannins, nice core of red fruit still here, nice balance, a small wine, nice follow through though with rich red fruit, more strawberry than currant,. Very much at the end of its plateau of maturity but still able to provide pleasure. Shows a touch of falling apart on fini. 88pts
