Love it. Peppery opening to get your attention, cherry middle followed by a smooth gentle kiss for a finish. Reminds me of being in a Buenos Aires Tango bar, smoke wafting to the ceiling when I'm approached by a drop dead gorgeous redhead in a short black slit skirt and she asks "Tómame y el tango, guapo?" . . . . how could I refuse . . . . . ?
This is an excellent wine. Nice Cherry burst in the middle of your taste. Starts out with a Kind of Peppery flow, and then an unbeleivable finish of Smooth in your mouth. You don't find many bargains like this one. If you are wanting to try it, find a place that sells it by the glass. The Galaxy Restaurant in Wadsworth Ohio sells it by the glass for $7.00 a glass. I am positive you will find no better deal than this.
Sounds like Raoul should write for Penthouse! My wife and I had a bottle at Fleming's Prime Steakhouse a few weeks ago. We would agree that there is a peppery flavor with a hint of fruitiness somewhere in there. We loved it. And, to top things off, it was only $36 for a full bottle! An exceptional bargain. We've been trying to find it here in the Detroit Metro area, but to no avail, sadly. If you can find it, get it. We would serve it with a little chill to it, but not cold.
Love this wine so smooth with a spice finish! Want to buy a case .
