Santa Carolina Sauvignon Blanc Reserva 2010
Bright greenish – yellow with a broad range of aromas such as mineral notes along with citrus and tropical fruit including pink grapefruit and pineapple. The refreshing well – balanced perfectly integrated palate shows its impressive acidity and a quite long finish for a Sauvignon Blanc.
Bright pineapple aromas on the nose, with parsley and basil. Vegetative body w/ medium acids, nice length.

Great acidity, crisp, zesty and grassy. I even love the light straw color! Would love to have this with whole grilled fish and vegetables.
