Parducci Pinot Noir 2007
elegant, fresh-fruit flavors enlivened by zesty baking spice. Great partnered with wild mushroom gnocchi and butternut squash, baked ham, grilled salmon, and aromatic cheeses. Parducci is locally owned and operated in California's Mendocino County. We are committed to Sustainable winegrowing practices that yield top quality grapes and wines while protecting the environment and supporting our communities and local farmers.
RiceSelect's creamy Arborio gets blended with sweet potato, coconut milk and vanilla to create this decadent cheesecake. Pairs well with Saunternes; a white dessert wine that has hints of coconut from aging in oak barrels.
I thought this was a great pinot for the price. It was spicy and seemed to have a little peanut on the nose. Was round and crisp in the mouth. I will definitely be buying a few more bottles of this.
Smooth and great finish...great bargin for the price.
