The floral, peach and chive aromas and flavors need some coaxing to emerge in this lacy, delicate Riesling. Balanced and long, but needs air if you are going to enjoy this now. Best from 2010 through 2024. -BS ** SOLD OUT **
This proprietary Kabinett combines fruit from Bernkasatel and Graach. A pungent cassis leaf note in the nose leads to bright, elegant and easy-to-appreciate citrus, apple and cassis flavors in the mouth.
Displays some nice slate and mineral notes along with pretty peach and apple flavors.
Summertime in a bottle - generous apricot and tropical fruit coupled with vibrant acidity. Very sleek and refreshing with just a drop of honeydew.

The J.J. Prüm wines have a reputation for being very long-lived, and Dr. Prüm suggests that even his Kabinett wines be cellared for five years. This is no exception. Rich petrol and resounding mineral on the nose give way to beautiful apple and pear balanced by amazing acidity. Never think twice about picking a Prüm!
