Germano Angelo Barolo Mont d'Oca Dardi 2000

Member Review by Anna Savino:

Cloudy, rusty red, raisins and stewed prunes on the nose, thin without much finish, i believe it was quite oxidized. There was even moisture coming up on the cork so may have got too warm at some point :(

Suggested Recipe Pairing presented by
Coconut Rice Sweet Potato Cheesecake

RiceSelect's creamy Arborio gets blended with sweet potato, coconut milk and vanilla to create this decadent cheesecake. Pairs well with Saunternes; a white dessert wine that has hints of coconut from aging in oak barrels.
