Don Guerino Moscatel Rose NV

Editorial Review by Gregory Dal Piaz:

Big bubble gum candy nose, grapy, floral intense if a bit candied, fine mouse, creamy, candied grapey flavors, grape bubble yum flavors, not too sweet, this almost has some bitterness helping to balance out the sugar, decent acidity, big plummy and wild grape flavors on the backend leave the finish with a bit of a sweet/bitter grape skin quality, 84pts

Suggested Recipe Pairing presented by
Coconut Rice Sweet Potato Cheesecake

RiceSelect's creamy Arborio gets blended with sweet potato, coconut milk and vanilla to create this decadent cheesecake. Pairs well with Saunternes; a white dessert wine that has hints of coconut from aging in oak barrels.
