The only reason I'm giving it such a low rating is due to the fact that I have had much better Rieslings. Although this is a great example, especially when chilled.
The Bishop of Riesling is my number one Riesling, but on the right day this Yellowtail Riesling could be the tops! Notes of citrus and a crisp finish makes this a great summer afternoon wine!

Soft and appealing for its peach and pear flavors, hovering nicely on the finish. Drink now.
Wine Tasting NotesLight in color, [ yellow tail ] Riesling exhibits lemon, lime and orange blossom aromas. Luscious and lively with fresh fruit and delicate cinnamon undertones, and soft round palate this wine is bursting with flavor.
