Many thanks are extended to the family and friends who have helped over the years to make the vineyard a success. For several years we operated as a vineyard, selling grapes to many nearby wineries. During this same time, we were perfecting our wine production techniques, acquiring winery equipment, and making other capital investments for the planned opening of our winery. On April 1, 2006 we officially opened to the public as a winery offering 8 different wines. Beginning in 2007 we began to release several of our full-bodied red wines, bringing the total to 11 wines. For the 2008 year, we released an additional red wine blend, brining our total offering to 12 unique and distinctive wines. Read less
Suggested Recipe Pairing presented by
Layered Rice Pudding

RiceSelect's fragrant Jasmati® is blended with eggs, milk and fall's favorite spices, cinnamon and nutmeg, to create a delicious rice pudding, which is layered on top of fluffy cream cheese and abuttery pecan crust. Pairs well with a bold, tawny port with flavors of dried fruits, nuts, and spices.
