Winemaker's Notes:

The eponymous cuvée is a blend of 60% Cariñena, 20% Garnacha and 20% Syrah. The Cariñena comes from very old vines (50-80 years). Grapes are harvested by plot and vinified separately using wild yeasts. The Cariñena ferments in open-top 500-liter barrels. After the blending of the different lots, the wine undergoes 18-20 months of aging in French oak foudres. Approximately 10,000 bottles produced.
