Trénel Fils Viré-Clessé 2007
Brilliant light gold color. Fresh fruit aromas (citrus) combine with a refreshingly floral nose. The supple, full palate is long and harmonious, ending on a pleasingly lemony note. Genuine. Best served chilled (8° - 11° C), before meals, it also goes beautifully with seafood, fish, white meats and goat's cheese.
External Reviews for Trénel Fils Viré-Clessé
Viré-Clessé is a relatively new white wine appellation ('98) in the Mâconnais. It was basically created for ''more serious'' white wines in this sub-region of southern Burgundy. This has depth, in part because of the bit of wood age (not new) this sees.
