Toro Albala Fino Electrico 2009

Winemaker's Notes:

Colour: Pale, almost watery colour. Brilliant, with delicate greenish shades. Totally clean. Bouquet: The primary bouquet noticeable is due to the grape variety Pedro Ximénez, that is responsible for the fresh smell of apples combined with the smell of tropical fruits. Palate: Semi sweet wine, with full acidity and balanced sweetness. Velvety, persistent. Additional information: Serve cold, in wine vine glass. It's retained for a year, although it is recommended to consume open as soon as possible. It's a perfect companion with light dishes, as vegetables, white fish, seafood with a rather unpronounced flavour, poultry...It mixes very well with vanilla liquors.

This is compound of plenty of tunnels; perfect for the ageing and conservation of dry wines-hence the name of Eléctrico (electrical) or some wines. In the city of Córdoba there are two sayings: "Electrify me" and "What is the voltage of the wine?"   Read less
