Bright yellow gold. Medium-bodied. Moderately extracted. Vanilla and stone fruit aromas lead an elegant palate with bright fruit flavors and smoky oak accents.
Apple, sweet oak and mineral aromas. Pear, vanilla and toasty oak flavors dominate; medium-bodied with rich, silky texture and long lingering finish.
Intense, spicy and lively; a vibrant wine, with focused pineapple, lemon and nutmeg aromas and flavors and a tight, concentrated finish. Best from 1994 or rsquo;95.
Not-too-ripe fruit is blended with modest oak and a scattering of lees to make a Chablis-style wine of high quality. Itrsquo;s lean by contrast with todayrsquo;s hugely ripe Chards, with flavors of peaches and green apples. But the winemaker additions add richness to this sleek, stylish wine.
Apple, nutmeg, butterscotch aromas swirl around pear, vanilla and toasty oak flavors.
Sleek and appealing, with a tight band of spice, lemon-lime and ripe pear flavors. Drink now.
Tart and lean, with citrus flavors just nudging into green apples. Oak adds richness and viscosity; most of the wine underwent malolactic fermentation, but itrsquo;s still an angular Chardonnay with a lemony finish.
