A strong whiff of graphite turns quickly to vanilla and coffee flavors on the palate, with a candied citrus accent. Delicate and detailed, with a firmness on the lingering aftertaste of vanilla and lemon. Drink now.

White flower and pear aromas offer a wine that is mineral, nervy, vibrating with the freshest white fruits and lemon juice. It is concentrated, showing strong signs of toast, mature flavors, while keeping great richness.

Fresh brioche and honeyed fruit. soft texture but subtle. Rich, seamless fruit with finesse. From 2008.

A firm rosandeacute;, more about its elegant texture and streak of minerality than the flavors of wild strawberry, white cherry, grilled plum and graphite. Hints of spice and fleur de sel accent the finish. Drink now through 2020.

Utterly delicious, totally fruit-driven and with surprising finesse, this is just the second Ruinart Brut Rose cuvee produced by Fred Panaiotis, the young, highly talented new chef de caves. If he keeps this up, Ruinart, the oldest Champagne house, could be a superstar in the making.

Fragrant with raspberry and hibiscus, this is a vibrant rosandeacute;. Light pink in color, the wine has touches of sweetness that donandrsquo;t get in the way of its powerful personality. It shares the Middle Eastern spice notes of the Blanc de Blancs, here matched with delicate red fruit. Pour it with lacquered duck.

The NV Brut Blanc de Blancs is a great introduction to the house style. this elegant, fragrant wine offers up an array of smoke, toastiness, minerals, ripe pears and flowers. The medium-bodied NV Blanc de Blancs offers tons of clarity and precision at this level, with the lingering Ruinart sweetness on the finish. Anticipated: 2008–2011.
