Robertson Winery Gewürztraminer 2011
Full, sweet and and loaded with sweet spices. May be a bit of botrytis here as the honeyed component comes through strong on the finish. Lovely with spicy Asian foods. 90pts.Add winemaker's notes

This gert paired nicely with a pork roast marinated with southwestern chilis...excellent with any strongly spiced dish, as the smooth sweetness complements the heat.
A most-unusual Gewürztraminer, with more than a hint of botrytis. In some ways, a Gewürz meets Sauternes. For me, this is a near-perfect after-dinner wine. 90+ points.
