TRUCK FRIENDS AND PARTNERS! We've flagged you down to fill you up with premium Red Truck materials. As Charlie our wine maker said, "The key to making wine is knowing where you want to go. With all of the Red Truck wines, I knew exactly where I wanted to go. I wanted to make wines that had both style—young, fresh, in your face, and substance—balanced, flavorful and smooth." Hopefully you'll find that our materials reflect this philosophy as well.
Three and a half glasses
White pepper and a lot of spice upfront. This wine offers sharp acidity and a very lean finish. Its tart with dry tannins. Medium fruit and good structure. Very nice and well priced.
surprisingly mature. big red wine. lots of jam and spice. well structured. medium to full body.
Pleasing as most of the Dryer wines can be.
Really surprised by how good this wine was. Not sure if it will lay down well, but I imagine that isn't the intent anyway. The price is amazing. What struck me was the spiciness and ...breadth of the flavor. Perhaps due to the Mourvedre or Cabernet Franc. Bottle says Red Truck Winery, but the cork (and the license plate on the red truck on the label) say "Cline."
good wine for the price.
