Salty and bright, with scents of cucumber and lime, this semi-dry riesling has an umami, white miso set of flavors that broadens the winersquo;s texture and makes it an ideal pairing with roasted branzino.

Delicately structured with tangerine, apricot, and citrus overtones. Crisp and lean, this wine is a classic Finger Lakes Riesling.

Comes close to a Germanic style, with tight, lean citrusy aromas and flavors balanced by green apples and pears. It's light and refreshing, never heavy or ponderous. Finishes long and tart, full of fresh limes, with just a pinch of sugar for balance.

Racy and fresh, with distinct slate, lime and green apple flavors and a juicy finish. Delicious. Great job. Drink now through 2003.
