Quattro Mani Montepulciano 2010
Not yet reviewed; 2009 vintage rated 87 points by Antonio Galloni (Wine Advocate): The 2009 Montepulciano d'Abruzzo is a correct, unfussy red with generous, succulent fruit and a plump, engaging personality. This juicy red is best enjoyed on the young side and is a steal for the money.
Subtle cherry and spice aromas, tart red fruit and oak flavors, and very smooth mouth feel. Finishes with pleasant tannins and cinnamon and nutmeg notes. Needs to breathe.
Rustic, slightly spicy, medium bodied, easy-drinking, Italian wine. Not bad, not great. Good for the price.
