Very savory at first, with earthiness and minerality. Has a great plum finish.
Soft and fluffy wine. Very easy to drink. Full of earthy red fruit, with a huge cranberry finish. I like this wine a lot.
Full body filled with blackberries and a touch of wood. Slight spice and nice acidity.
This is a classic Doura. Dry and crisp its a Red that can hold its own with beef and lasagne. It is not a fruity mellow wine. Its not meant to be. It provides the classic taste associate with Clarets of the past. It does not have the back taste of a Chaiti.
