Navarro Correas Chardonnay 2008
During the winter pruning we are going to control the production capacity of the plant, the vineyard is going to produce a certain number of clusters, and we will regulate the number of buds of each plant by using scissors.
Seems almost gin-like. It has a harsh, coniferous bite. Tastes more like citrus pith than citrus. The initial fruit and floral scents quickly dissipate and the predominant pineapple notes turn into the faint smell of baby vomit. Also has a rubbery hint of dandelion sap.
