Complementary elements work together to build a wine with complexity and regional character, this is cool climate Shiraz expressing the great elements of the region. The Billi Billi displays a complex nose, with a broad array of fruit and oak aromas. It is medium bodied, with soft blueberry fruit, spices and subtle oak, well integrated tannin and a dry finish.
