Miguel Torres Santa Digna Selection Cabernet Rose Chile 2011
The wine is fragrant and floral, with a temptingly fruity sensuality. On the palate, the wine is voluptuous, with a silky texture that only Pacific Cabernet Roses can offer. Cherry color. Perfumed notes of plum and strawberry with hints of grapefruit. Full-bodied with fine acidity on the palate. Elegant and sensual with a prolonged aftertaste.
The Torres family surname has been linked with wine for more than three centuries, during which time our ancestors have worked vineyards in Penedès, a land with a millenarian tradition of wine. Our family has been dedicated to working the land, passing on their commitment from generation to generation.
RiceSelect's creamy Arborio gets blended with sweet potato, coconut milk and vanilla to create this decadent cheesecake. Pairs well with Saunternes; a white dessert wine that has hints of coconut from aging in oak barrels.
