Winemaker's Notes:

The vintage is a deep ruby red with reflections from crimson to garnet. A light vanilla bouquet is accompanied by spices and tobacco leaf flavors. Initially pleasantly sour, then wide and palatable, it has an amazing sapidity that will complement game, grilled red meat and mature cheeses.
