drinkable, but not a favorite
beautiful light and fruitful. really nice fresh cherries. A little too light perhaps on the finish. Gentle, but definitely present acidity, probably means this will live up to gamay's verstility as a food pairing.
Three and a half glasses
Translucent red in the glass. On the nose this wine shows banana, tropical fruit, and red berries. The palate has intense flavors of red berries with a hint of the banana/tropical flavor in the background as well. This wine has a light-medium body with tart acidity and very easy tannins. This is not a complex wine but it is still a very enjoyable wine for fans of Beaujolais.
