La Serra Brunello di Montalcino 2004

External Review by We Speak Wine:

Blackberries, roses and blueberries on the nose follow through to a full body, with silky tannins and a sweet fruit aftertaste. Lots of sweet raspberries and strawberries on the finish. A delicious red already. Best from 2010 through 2016. 1,665 cases made. -JS ** Only 5 in Stock **

The wines are produced with the consultation of oenologist Paolo Caciorgna. Both the Brunello and Rosso di Montalcinos have gotten rave reviews and continue to impress in recent vintages. La Serena is poised for full organic certification starting in the 2013 vintage.  Read less

Coconut Rice Sweet Potato Cheesecake

RiceSelect's creamy Arborio gets blended with sweet potato, coconut milk and vanilla to create this decadent cheesecake. Pairs well with Saunternes; a white dessert wine that has hints of coconut from aging in oak barrels.
