La Boca:
La Boca is a winery located in the foothills of the Andes Mountains in the Maipú region of Mendoza, Argentina. It’s named for the neighborhood in Buenos Aires known for its Tango culture. Created in 1999, the wines have a single-vineyard concept, meaning each wine is made from grapes grown in the same terroir. La Boca produces Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec and Torrontes.
Suggested Recipe Pairing presented by
Layered Rice Pudding

RiceSelect's fragrant Jasmati® is blended with eggs, milk and fall's favorite spices, cinnamon and nutmeg, to create a delicious rice pudding, which is layered on top of fluffy cream cheese and abuttery pecan crust. Pairs well with a bold, tawny port with flavors of dried fruits, nuts, and spices.

Acidic for a merlot. While cost effective, it was disappointing.
