They're serious about their oak. It's where I like it at the point of drying out the tongue with every sip. Has a pleasant rich, sweet vanilla and caramelly character. It goes down with a clean, intense, and pleasant burn. I like to breathe through my nose as I sip and savor that cleansing feeling in my sinuses.
