Seyval is one of the most popular of New York's French-American hybrid grapes, and Hunt Country's Seyval Blanc is made in a French style - similar to a Sancerre or Sauvignon Blanc. Smooth, dry and aged in small oak barrels, it's a fine food wine, complementing white meats and seafood. It enhances light meals such as broiled fish and shellfish, as well as heavier meals like grilled chicken moutarde. A consistent medal winner in recent national and international competitions.
