Winemaker Notes - Our 2008 Cabernet Sauvignon is a complex and elegant wine that balances fruit and oak flavors. Dark cherry, dark berry and currant mingle with notes of tobacco and spice. Well-integrated tannins create a bold, yet silky wine with a long finish. This wine was aged for 22 months in 65% French oak and 35% American oak barrels. 40% new and 60% previously used.
